All orders are shipped using Canada Post within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Canadian holidays). If there are any changes, I will post a Shop Announcement at the top of my page.
Here is when you can expect your packages after it has been shipped:
Canada: 4-7 business days
USA: 8-14 business days
International: 10-30 business days
When you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, it means that your order will be dropped off at the post office or postal box within 24 hours or the next business day.
All items are packed in resealable ziplock bags unless you have ordered 5ml pots. 5ml pots are filled to the top to the best of my ability, but sometimes during transport they may settle to the bottom so it might seem a little less than full to the brim. If more quantities of the same item is ordered, I will combine it all into one bag whenever possible (ie. 1oz + 1/2oz of the same item, if I have the right bag size I would put 1.5oz of the glitter into the same bag).
