I hope you and your loved ones are all safe and healthy during these unpredictable times.
During these circumstances, I am fortunate enough to continue to process orders normally. However, the postal systems all around the world have been severely impacted due to safeguards put in place to protect all the hardworking postal workers, as well as dealing with record high volume of parcels at the same time.
For those of you who order with a tracking number, after 3 weeks have passed I will automatically open up an inquiry on Canada Post (although I'm not sure how effective this is, I still think it's better than doing nothing).
If you are in a rush to receive your order, please DO NOT order from my site. The only guarantee I offer is that I will ship within 1-3 business days (*any changes will be reflected in my annoucement bar).
These are my OBSERVATIONS since the pandemic started. They are a general guideline and NOT a fixed timeframe:
Western Canada: Usually arrives within 2~7 days
Eastern Canada / Remote regions: Usually arrives within 5~14 days
USA: VARIES GREATLY, as quick as 6 days to as long as 5 weeks.
UK: Usually arrives within 6~12 days
Other International: 2 to 6 weeks
Please do not contact me about the whereabouts of your package until the end of my observed estimated dates.
Ordering tracking no longer means the package will arrive any faster unfortunately, and sometimes packages may still sit for weeks without a single scan.
